       Prof.  Ettinger wanted more particulars on getting the CD "Give
Me Immortality Or Give Me Death".    
        If you 're interested, telephone your local 
record  (now CD mostly) store (s) to see if it's available.   Some of
them also have listening centers,, in case  you'd like a preview before
a possible purchase.   The stores can order it, if it isn't in stock. 
         The CD company that puts it out is Rhino Records.   I checked
out their website at www.rhino.com,  They have a section on the CD as
well as soundbyte and on line ordering capabilities.    I hope this
