Well, if you want to form such an organization, go ahead. Some of us
will help out, others will not. (Just like anything else).

How much do you estimate the first ad would cost if it were done
for real? Speaking for myself alone, I'd put a bit of money in (I 
don't feel very wealthy right now) at least to give it a try, and
then sit back and see what happens. If it increases recruitment,
fine. If not, it's at least been tried. I am not in a position to
finance any such ad completely, as you may guess.
