Hi Thomas!

Sorry I can't add to the list of places to 'avoid' (British Columbia
being the only one that I was aware of).

Much as some of us may like we do not and cannot all live next to a
cryonics facility in a pro-cryonics jurisdiction. The only long term
solution is to build up local capability or, at the very least, forge
links to cryonicists in neighboring states/countries. While Australia
is far from the main US cryonics facilities a basic cryonics capability
has been acquired here - indeed there are a couple of Alcor members with
US citizenship who have chosen to live here - real risks, real people,
real lives.

What is the problem with Western Australia - other than remoteness?
A long-time resident of WA was suspended several years ago, admittedly
by dint of good planning and some luck (by being able to travel to the
US when the time for suspension appeared near).
