If you want to be practical, lets be practical. Rotting in the ground, 
you have zero chance of ever doing so much as appreciating the smell
of a flower ever again. Revived, even dirt poor and with no resources, 
I would at least be alive. If I found life unbearable, I could always
kill myself. Dead, I have no options of any sort.

If you do the game theory matrix, the worst case scenario doesn't look 
so awful for being revived, compared with the best case scenario for
being eaten by worms.

And, as you yourself noted, the worst case is that I paid to become an 
impressive ice sculpture and no further harm will come to me since
I'll never again be conscious.
