You are sounding unusually cranky!  I am subscribed to CryoNet
at three different addresses, using three different mail readers,
and had no such problem.  Probably only your copy got garbled.

Fortunately, whenever you (or anyone else) miss one or more
messages, it is easy to retrieve the missing messages via email
or WWW.  Each Monday and Thursday CryoNet digest, including the
one with the latest message from John Clark, provides the
following instructions:

  To retrieve past messages, send email to:
  with the message numbers in the subject line.
