Is there a group of cryonicists who have already formed, or who would like to form, a local interest group? Local to me means near the city of Seattle (in the Cascades region of the North American continent for those who haven't heard of this large city). I am interested in meeting with 'real' cryonicists. To me that means people who are already convinced and who have made arrangements (or who are making arrangements). To be clear, that includes cryonicists connected with any cryonics organization, and wild-cat cryonicists too. Since I am posting this after my Sci.cryonics post I need to apologize to those of you who have had to read this twice. Since I have already gotten 1 reply, I can tell you that there are at least 2 of us who want to get together to discuss things. I am signed up with Alcor, an Alcor Certified Transport Technician, and trained in operating (some of) Alcor's perfusion equipment. I acknowledge that there are vast realms of cryonics care that I have yet to explore, much less master. I have a life outside cryonics too: I play drums, write software, read science fiction, study primitive and country living skills, and hike in the clean air of the heavily forested and lightly populated mountains near Seattle.
