My thanks to Rudi Hoffman for his report on trusts.He obviously has
spent a lot of time on this project. It'll appear in the March/April
issue of The Immortalist. In the same issue will be a report by CI
director Joe Kowalsky stating that The Rule Against Perpetuities has
been completely eliminated in Maryland.
