In re: laws mandating organ harvest.

Pardon for my mentioning science fiction as precedent, but it seems to
me that this was anticipated already by Larry Niven in lots of his
"Known Space" novels, in which condemned criminals were harvested for
organs, and in which virtually everything became a capital crime to
supply the increasing demand for organs, down to parking violations.

Lets hope it doesn't happen in reality.
