Subject: a question

Hello. I am new to this list and to the concept of Cryonics.

While I find the subject very interesting and certainly plan to learn all I
can about the process and possibly sign up with a Cryonics organization, I
have a question that I would like your various opinions on. I invite replies
from as many of you who care to share your thoughts.

Many people believe we have a "soul" and that when we die we move on to
another plane of existence. Whether it's called heaven, hell, or just another
dimension, most people believe we go "somewhere" better.

So, how do we reconcile this with Cryonics? Does everyone who signs up for
cryonic suspension not believe in an afterlife? Do you believe that this life
is all there is?

Curious.

Your thoughts?
