Check out cool edit on http://www.syntrillium.com. If you can get to a
computer and install it you can use it to make "mind bending" cassettes. The
program is free to download, although shareware registration is expected.
You would also need to download and print the manual.

I cannot guarantee that these methods work, but making your own tapes is a
lot cheaper than buying the things.
