Subject: only 150

In today's (Sunday's) Arizona Republic was a feature article on "optimistic"
predictions for life span extension. Various physicians and researchers were
quoted, and a headline was something to the effect that, in view of the
accelerating progress in aging research, children born today may live to 150.

Amusing. This is equivalent to saying that it will take MORE than 150 years
to find a complete solution for the prevention and reversal of aging deficits!

Still, this and the many recent similar articles represent progress, of a
sort.
