Subject: Topic/Off topic

Since this is a moderated list already, and since technical topics like 
Polyvinyl Alcohol tend to appear at the end, might it be useful to put all 
the on-topic material at the end and all the off-topic stuff at the top (or 
vice versa) with perhaps and artificial article titled "Off Topic" as a 
separator? In the body it might appear like this:

OFF TOPIC MATERIAL BELOW
******************************************************************************
******************************************************************************
******************************************************************************
*********************************************************
which would speed scanning. 

I trust this is a sufficiently neutral suggestion to get everybody mad at me!
