If it's only information what's important then this is not a problem.

Computer programs can easily emulate anything you like. N-dimensional
data arrays, binary trees... and of course - neurons with as many
"rewiring" connections as you need. As Henri Kluytmans already said:
"In the artificial neural nets [skip] the growth of new dendrites is
also simulated..."

So where is the problem in this case? I still can't understand :-)
