That's right, we DON'T know and we should be more cautious about stuffing 
it up . . therefore we should be not be changing climates just for the 
temporary advantage of the few . .

What are you talking about here?  As far as I know there is a linear 
response by organisms to developing cancers and other life-threatening 
problems when exposed to increasing amounts of radiation.  This also 
applies to other carcinogens.  You might want to be lab rat but a lot of 
other people don't . .
