Subject: CRYONICS - legal hassles from hostile coroners...

It seems to me that cryonics organizations are actually facing the very same
fight that the 'right-to-die' forces are.  Might we consider pooling our
cause with Dr. Jack Kevorkian and maybe the ACLU (not to mention pro-choice
groups) to battle for a person's right to control the fate of their own body?

Not to piss on the efforts of anyone doing suspensions with today's
methods, but I can't imagine *any* single improvement (additional ice-crystal
prevention notwithstanding) which would increase the chances of success as 
much as being allowed to control the parameters surrounding a patient's death.
(excuse me, I forgot the PC term for that last word-- and "state of metabolical
challenge" just won't do...  :) )

It might even be best to go after this on religious grounds...
