It appears you don't have cryonics arrangements (correct me if I'm wrong, and accept my apologies). But cryonics is not an either/or proposition, in competition with other approaches to life extension. Keep taking Policosanol if you want, it may indeed have some benefit, but my advice is get signed up too. If you think you have discovered an elixir that will make you unkillable, I think you are far mistaken, and it's good to have the safety net of cryonics under you, even if it is far from perfect. It's good for you personally, but it's also good in terms of setting an example for others. Roughly 50 million people die each year. Almost none of them are preserved for a possible reanimation. Their brains turn to molecular constituents (trying to be charitable with the terminology). Is this a good thing? Would it be *better*, perhaps, if they did something different, tried to see that those precious remains were preserved as well as possible for whatever posterity might be able to do with them? I think so. Mike Perry Rate This Message: http://www.cryonet.org/cgi-bin/rate.cgi?msg=15250
