Unless he's changed a lot, Doug Skrecky still has no cryonics arrangements. This is even more important than Mike Perry thinks. Mike rightly points out that it puts Doug's life in more danger ... just how much more can be endlessly argued, but that it IS more seems clear. And if one of us reads one day that someone named Doug Skrecky was killed in a car accident, and we note his absence from Cryonet, we'll be able to do no more than mourn him. But people who want to prolong their lives but will not consider cryonics do something to others, too. I remember how easy it was for my grandparents to believe that something will be done in time. What we really want is deathlessness, but if we simply press for the future nothing will really happen. And they will make such a position more popular by taking it. Best wishes and long long life for all, Thomas Donaldson Rate This Message: http://www.cryonet.org/cgi-bin/rate.cgi?msg=15251
