Subject: What is "iT"?

To avoid miring Cryonet in potential "iT" posts which would clearly be
off-topic in a Wakferian sense-- and yet clearly of interest to
cryonicists and cryovitrificationunists as part of our concern for our
civilizational survivalism tactics, I've initiatited a web-based forum
for that specific ideational idea.

http://network54.com/forum/96622 is a discussion forum that picks up
where msNBC's news item left off last night. If you didn't catch it, it
involves Steve Jobs, Jeff Bezos, a duffle bag, a screwdriver and
changing the world. Yeah, it's weird. But hey, it was on msNBC so there
must be something to it, right?

The big question is "what is "iT"?" Some say it's a perfected Stirling
engine. Others, a new form of personal transport. Dean Kamen is
certainly quite interesting.

Rick Potvin, fully signed up Alcor Member #1348 who lives within a 40
minute drive of a major cryonics lab and is about 50% through a current
expected lifespan.
