It's not exactly stop-the-presses, but it will please my friends and maybe
disappoint a few others, so I'll mention it.

I had my routine check-up today. My blood pressure was 120/70, my pulse 68,
and my EKG perfect. It wasn't thought necessary to check cholesterol again,
since it was perfect last time and there has been no change in my habits.

Probably I am invigorated by the squabbles on cryonet, so maybe I should try
to keep the tempest blowing in the teapot. On the other hand, there are
plenty of other outlets for my energy. I'm adaptable.

Of course, as a matter of routine prudence I am still gradually being phased
out of day-to-day operations at CI, with younger people taking over. But I
still have a lot of ideas about things to do before I'm frozen, both in
cryonics and otherwise. With Mae frozen, it's not nearly as much fun, but it
keeps me busy.
