Yesterday in my home town of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, a one-year old baby
girl wearing only a diaper wandered outside into below 0 weather and froze
to death. Her body was found about 4 hours later. She was frozen stiff.  She
was rushed to the hospital where she was miraculously revived! The doctor's
believe her heart had stopped for at least two hours.  She is now
recovering.  You can read the newspaper story at
