Where are colors?

I have been researching where are colors. I have received some good
information from a few cryonics friends, but I thought I would also ask the
general Cryonet forum.

Proving that colors exists in objects, (as opposed to objects having
non-colored attributes that cause colors to be seen in some observers, but
the colors do not exist independently), might be one way to help explain
how mental states are like brain states.

If more people realized that the mind is the brain and it probably can not
survive the destruction of the brain, they might opt for cryonics.

Any suggestions?
