How do people feel this might affect Cryonics in Europe? James.... "If you can't take a little bloody nose, maybe you ought to go back home and crawl under your bed. It's not safe out here. It's wondrous, with treasures to satiate desires both subtle and gross. But it's not for the timid." -Q, Star Trek:TNG episode 'Q Who' ---------------------------------------------------------------------- I myself am dutch and I think it can only help. Surely if in a persons's will a request for euthanasia can be allowed, he can ask for preservation aswell. His/her next of kin will no doubt be up-to-date with the persons 'last' wishes. Anyway, I think this law offers not only the right for euthanasia, but basicly it gives us a higher amount of self decision over what happens to our bodies if an accident does occur. The person gains more right to decide what will happen in such an occasion, instead of having to rely on medical personel to do their best.
