Subject: Longevity with oltipraz

Half of all cancer cases may have a food origin. That is particularly true in
China where aflatoxins from moulds contaminate rice and grain foods.

A set of drugs stimulate the glutathione S-transferase (GST) enzyme
production. GST is a natural anti-oxydant. Oltipraz is one of these new
drugs. Animal experiments have produced only one side effect: a greater
longevity.
