Subject: CRYONICS: Walford Diet update?

I have just read Walford (1986) "The 120 year diet". Seems that in this
field one would need an update after seven years (at least for the
recommendations). Has this book had a new version, or is there some
other more up to date book of the same type?

I would also like something that takes into account the regulatory
situation in Europe. In the above book, for instance, it is mentioned
that centrophenoxine is used routinely in Europe, but not in the USA. 

I wouldn't mine a book oriented toward the scientist or practising
physician. What I want to avoid is piles of individual studies.
