This need is so painfully deep that you even resort to dredging up problems, imaginary or real, from the past. Those of us who are building Alcor are only human. We admit that it is possible to make mistakes. But we are dedicated to always striving for excellence in every way. When we find things that can be made better, we are dedicated to finding ways to make them better. On the extremely limited resources that Alcor has to work with, and the demanding and complicated business of cryotransport, this is not always easy. Still, we are committed to the unending pursuit of excellence. Further, we are proud of the fact that we have dedicated people who have made extreme personal sacrifices in order that Alcor can proudly say that we have never closed our doors and have always been there for Alcor members to give them the very best effort that is humanly and financially possible. We have saved many lives as a result and are extremely proud to be the industry leader with a reputation built over 30 years of reliable service that is unsurpassed by any other organization, past or present. Please be assured that Alcor will continue to strive to constantly improve in every way possible to the extent that limited resources allow.
