A housing cooperative in Arizona or the Venturville project are nice enough for 
US nationals. 

But thanks to the INS and the protectionism so prevalent in the United States, 
foreign nationals will have a hard time settling there.

At the best they can visit, but will have to move "back home" every 3, 6 or 12 

risking not to be let in again if they get certain illnesses, or make certain 
political statements, 

or are wrongfully found guilty of certain crimes that they might not have 
committed, or belong to any one nationality that the US governement at the spur 
of the moment wants to punish as a group.

For Western European nationals, it might be safer to establish a cryonic 
facility in Europe. After all here one can travel and settle freely within the 
whole Western Europe with the exception of Ireland, Great Britain and
