I agree that laws saying that cryonics is legal would be good.  I
doubt that your CRA would be beneficial, since it would allow people
without an incentive to do a good job to control cryonics
organizations.  Do you argue that the CRA is better than no CRA?  I'm
concerned that you may have put yourself in a situation where to
finish the thesis you had to propose interesting legislation; if
that's the case, then you could not seriously consider the possibility
that it is best not to have any interesting legislation, since if you
came to that conclusion you couldn't have finished the thesis.
