I hope it cleared up the questions Louis E had on the matter, and i hope that he can get signed up. (Louis: Rudi () has helped many of us, including me, and i hope he can help you.) There are many interesting discussions here, and i'm grossly ignorant of the fine points (oh gee, i'm grossly ignorant of the huge broad outlines) of many of them, such as NDEs, simulations, identity, uploading, etc etc. But i do know that there's an opportunity for something much more important than discussing these related, interesting topics, and that is actually doing something and getting signed up with a cryonics organization. Thanks to the efforts of generation 0, this is not hard to do for most people. dan PS: some links: ACS: http://www.jps.net/cryonics Alcor: http://www.alcor.org CI: http://www.cryonics.org Kyros: http://www.kryosbiomedical.com (under construction) TransTime: http://www.transtime.com Rate This Message: http://www.cryonet.org/cgi-bin/rate.cgi?msg=16760
