This is my third post to Cryonet today July the 6th.
If it doesn't show, then it is just the ignorant that are at a loss.

Let me alleviate your worries by saying that you will find few places where
cryonic suspensions and cryonic storage are safer than in the state of Colorado!
And that is thanks to me.

When I had to battle the town board in the town of Nederland, Boulder Colorado,
I got support from the health department in the county of Boulder, and no
objection what so ever from the State of Colorado.

I also got a lot of local support, even a political action committee that in my
absense successfully fought the town board. The town board was replaced by a
friendly one at the next election. And my grandfather is still there. And no
other part of Colorado has tried to ban cryonics ever since.

That is thanks to my good standing in Colorado.

I started the famous Boulder Polar Bear Club, and my cryonic venture have the
support of all Colorado media I know about, and has had that since I froze my
grand father.

I don't know anyone that want to ban it any more. Even in the small town of
Nederland cryonics can be done outside the town limits.

It is the federal government , the INS. (the immigration and naturalization
service), that I have a problem with, if that could be overcome, then Colorado
would have been my choice for organizing a cryonic storage facility in.
Incidentially the INS has no objection to cryonics, just an objection to my
stand for freedom of travel and trade.

As you know, I hold that life-extension and entrepreneurial liberty (including
freedom of travel and trade) go hand in hand, and that we can't get the former
without the latter.

Sincerely,

Trygve Bauge
