Nobody is perfect, I'll try worst next time :-)

Some years ago I have seen a set of papers about computer working with 
different clock speed for different part of the system. If conciousness is 
indeed a self simulation with two runs working on two clock speeds, these 
computers, if build could be natural candidate for the concious machine 
contest. Intel or AMD could produce such a processor at any time if they 
want. What about a world with million of concious PC?
