It *is* quite original and interesting. The movie of the same name is totally seperate- and a total piece of b.s. It does nothing positive for cryonics or immortalism whatsoever; the cryonic suspension is just another way to create a scary, "soulless" zombie and scare the crap out of the audience- and, in the process, plant the "immortality is evil/diabolical/unnatural" meme a bit deeper.
