This is TKD himself, as you see. Your comments are well taken, as a matter
of Fact. As a matter of strategy, though, with the vast majority of doctors
and the entire Society for Cryobiology ranged against us, it doesn't
seem to me (and I'll defer to Ashworth on this, too) wise to try to argue
the case on those grounds to a noncryonicist judge!

Haven't you made your peace with the fact that Law isn't logical?
