Subject: Massively parallel computer for nanotech/cryonics?

Anyway, it was my understanding that we could volunteer our computer time to
assist in the designing of the first nanocomputer.

First, I don't think that idea is off topic, second I think it is one of the
most useful one here on cryonet. If we could have a cryonics dedicated
supercomputer it would be very useful, that idea must be pursued.

Here have been messages some days ago about cell on computer from an article
in Scientific American. Running such a model for cryonics purpose would bring
many benefits. Cryonics recovery will need new instruments and detectors, not
simply a basic exploitation of biochemistry. Such detectors, or part of them
could be computed/tested on a dedicated supercomputer using spare time on pc.

I would both, give computer time for that project and use it for simulations.
