I don't see how being part of an expedition to find the lost ark is an
embarrassing blow to Alcor or cryonics in general. Even if one does not see
the Bible as divinely inspired, there is much very real history within. And
the ark could be a part of that.

Wow!, you even took part in an exorcism!! I would have never guessed that.
I remember in fascination learning about the accounts of Father Malachi
Martin(now deceased). You have certainly done a very broad range of things
in your life which will only enrich Alcor. Your business savvy may be just
what is needed to put forward some needed projects.

I hope once you get settled in you will be able to produce a musical CD with
the Alcor staff! You can't possibly be the only one with musical talent...
Well, like some docs sometimes do during surgery, you can sing while you put
people into biostasis. :)

Yes, now you can really be in the crosshairs! ;) But, I think with
technological progress gaining steam so quickly, they won't have the
ammunition they might have had a decade ago to slam you and cryonics.

I like your view of life and desire to explore. I think just because in
some ways you may have/or may still "think outside the box" you should not
be seen as "heretical." Alcor will be the better for having you at the
helm.

best wishes,

John
