It should not take very many...." I agree with Mike Perry. But I say *all* persons, as the meaning of *life* will have a ridiculously profound meaning in comparison to our thoughts of it now. In other words, you will try very hard not to step on an ant. There are two things that make me think revival will happen (even if Mike and our friends are still down too). One is the building of intellect, which will most likely be involved in the path to the future, whether as bio-humans or other. This should help us slowly take control of the reptilian part of the brain that evokes hostility, especially for retardo-completitive reasons. This new applied "smartness" would also bring with a clear understanding of the suspended person's past efforts and how they were in tune with the success of the future where these new humans live. Two. Knowing pretty darn sure that Terminators will not exist in the future, as per above, lets me know that our plight as life extensionists in biostasis is a clear and strong cry for help. Help that says, "please lift me off of the ground, for I am acting as a bridge that you, the person in the future, might use to cross for your own benefit" AND/OR a simple "help" that is more emotion/survival driven, yet very effective if emotions are used in similar ways as used now. Shoot, we might bring rise to a world full of railroad circus' and be brought back as side show fodder. Even in this bad scenario, I would still want to bee bound for the future, knowing damn well that I will be able to untie myself at a certain point or grab the closest pistola and say bye-bye. If all fails and nobody even cares cause they are off to Mars and I stay stiff forever, better than rotten. And if you believe in a God of some sort, it will nab you either way, right? My thoughts. - Bobby June Rate This Message: http://www.cryonet.org/cgi-bin/rate.cgi?msg=17451
