X-Message-Number: 17506 Date: Tue, 11 Sep 2001 02:57:22 -0400 (EDT) From: Charles Platt <> Subject: still more on rose water Yet another anonymous but credible source tells me that (s)he communicated personally with Mr. Albin some time ago, and was told by Mr. Albin that while the British undertaker understood and followed CI's procedures with due diligence, he also took the initiative of pumping a proprietary suspension of lanolin in rose water through the patient, before the glycerol. Since CI has published no evaluations of this particular recipe, we can only speculate on the possible beneficial effects of lanolin on the cardiovascular system. This procedure was followed, allegedly, more than a year ago. It may have been discontinued since then. Currently, I would imagine that CI is applying rigorous quality control to its British undertaker, to insure that his procedures are comparable to the high standards maintained by CI here in the United States.
