Hi everyone,

I am considering setting up a prize of $1 million to the
group or individual that achieves the first reversible
cyropreservation.

I would like comments from the cryonics community on the
following:

1. Has this been done already?
2. I would like to see it done on a human which would
result in more publicity, but to start, perhaps that
would be setting the bar too high. Reversible
cryopreservation on a dog would be a good demonstration.
3. What criteria would be a good idea? How cold and how
long? I think goal should be to show that cryonics
works, and not necessarily to acheive
Perhaps the dog could be trained to do 5 tricks (play
dead, roll-over etc.) and would have to remember them to
win the prize.

While I personally will not be able to fund a $1 million
prize for many years, I might want to set up the fund
and open it up for contributions earlier.

What do you think?

Robert Moore
