Recently I read Scott Witt's book, _How to Be Twice As Smart_. In it he
describes a problem-solving technique where you envision the solution to
your problem, then work backwards from the conjectural solution towards
steps you could take to reach it with given resources. I recall reading
about this sort of technique before, I think in Michael Michalko's book
_Cracking Creativity_.

So, I have a couple of questions to ask members of this list:

(1) Human brains obviously don't respond appropriately when you try to
cryosuspend them while preserving viability. How would a brain have to
behave in order to be easily cryosuspended? And can we work backwards from
this model to what we know how to do today?

(2) Suppose you imagine a physically possible humanoid body that doesn't
age. How would such a body work, and can we imagine the implicit steps
necessary to design and build such a body, or even transform a current-model
human body, with present or foreseeable knowledge and tools?

Sincerely,

Mark Plus
