William has offered the above.  Perhaps we could be clear on exactly what 
epistomology is being represented here by a further analysis of the above 
statement.

Williams earlier assertion is that ESP is "Emperically" provable on an 
"individual and non-pressured" basis. 

He used the example of guessing numbers that a fellow party was thinking, 
which are presumably written down beforehand. 

But, William, these numbers, and the independently verifiably accuracy of the 
guesses, are either right or wrong a very specific number of times.  (Under 
controlled conditions, I strongly suspect the correct number of guesses will 
be at chance over time.)

If you can truly demonstrate telepathy under controlled conditions, may I 
recommend you apply for the million dollars that James Randi has offered to 
anyone who can demonstrate this.
