It is shaping up, as I got 2 additional commitments last night from ALCOR clients in Atlanta. We are now up to about a dozen folks. To answer your last question first, no, not all cryonicists are as cool as me. Some are cooler, some are lamer, a lot are smarter, but few are more committed to the principles of extroprianism and boundless life. And nobody on the planet knows more about cryonics life insurance than I do. (Sorry, I have no time for false modesty.:) Here is the BREAKING NEWS! I spoke with Bill Falloon last night, who, along with Saul Kent, is the CEO of Life Extension Foundation, a big vitamin/supplement company based in South Florida. Many of you are members of this fine organization, as I am. I do not want to speak out of turn or prematurely, as I am not sure how much of our conversation and his information is "Provisional" at this point in time... BUT... Bill and Saul are working on some things that will be absolutely GREAT for cryonics in general, and especially in the Southeast. Bill is having a meeting in SOUTH FLORIDA at his office on the 16th of FEB. He will be emailing me details on this, and I will forward it as appropriate. But even before details arrive, I wanted to get this information out so people can make plans. SO, if you can't make Feb. 10 in Orlando, perhaps you could make Feb. 16 in South Florida (Fort Lauderdale area). I will forward details as they become available to cryonet and also other individuals. I will be driving down to this meeting. This is on a Friday. Folks, there are great things happening as you read this, that will increase the efficacy and credibility of cryonics everywhere. We are a long way from having a "Seamless" high technology delivery system in place, but we are getting closer. It is fun to be a part of this developing movement! Stay tuned for further GOOD NEWS!
