The issue regarding memory and identity is fascinating but to be practical
let me be clear about my own desires.

Revive me with or without my memories.

If I am revived with total amnesia there always remains the possibility
these might be recovered (or manufactured and reinserted, if you will).

The amnesiac suffers because he knows that he cannot remember his past but
the suffering is even greater for those who do know and remember who he is
but feel cut off by this lost person who does not remember them.

But where there is life there is hope.

Revive me.

It's better than the altrernative.
