This is like trying to leave a party when everyone keeps saying "stay and have
another drink!" Some of the drinks smell like Mickey Finns, but they are still
tempting anyway. Unfortunately for the next week or two I don't have time.

However to be honest I must reply to Michael Riskin's question. Yes, I have
received advice in personal letters from many people since I got interested in
Cryonet. I have heard from Keith Henson (at great length), Kevin Brown, Saul
Kent, Brenda Peters, Michael Darwin, Allen Lopp, Charles Platt, Timothy
Freeman, Walt Parkman, Jim Stevenson, and Michael Riskin himself. Some of
these people gave me information, but no one tried to make me see things their
way (oddly enough!) and I reached my opinions mainly by reading CAREFULLY what
people wrote in their "public" messages.

I am interested that after I asked Steve Jackson if Keith Henson prompted him
to write, Mr. Henson was the one who hastily denied it. Did he want to save
Mr. Jackson the embarrassment? Or did he want to be sure that his version got
on the record first? Maybe I'm imagining things. We'll never know.
