Subject: gene pool of a 10,000/100,000-1,000,000 year old cryopatient?
References: <>

I am wondering if this has ever been discussed on CryoNet - how about genes
and procreation of 10,000/100,000-1,000,000 year old cryopatient in the
future?

Assuming there will be no revival for that long of a time period or even
longer, would these "old" peple be able to procreate with "new" people or
whatever we will turn into in a million years or so? Woudl the genes and DNA
be compatible? I know that Neanderthals went extinct and possiblly mixed
with the old humans in the past, but how about 1,000,000 years from now? Of
course, you can always mingle with the "old cyropreserved folks" and thus
continue your blood line either by sex or invitro or cloning or whatever
else they'll think of then :o) Or the technology and medicine of the future
that we all hope for will suffice to allow "older" folks :o) to make a
million years leap in the future "present" gene pool?

Just some ideas for thought... Any ideas?

Sincerely,

IGGY Dybal
