Subject: What is stopping cryonics working? + Dealing with entropian

Hello all,

I am wondering, with dogs being cooled and then revived and with hamsters being
partially frozen and then revived, what are the obstacles in a technical sense
that prevent cryonics from working? Do we lack the means to "restart" the brain
once the "spark" of life is lost? (Pardon the poetic speech, but I'm sure you
get the idea).

Exactly how dead is dead? Dead and rotten? Dead and cryopreserved? Is it the
same considering that the vital processes have ground to a complete halt?

Also, how do I win arguments against people who are opposed to life extension
due to religion (e.g. Tibetan Buddhists)?

"Sometimes the need outweighs the practicality"
