On a general basis, the resarch program at CI is very small. It has been 
conducted for a short time. To get practical results in these conditions is 
astounding. The only explanation is that the field have nearly never been 
seriously studied.
Some have argued that money must be invested somewhere so that a true 
research program can be conduced at a later time. We seen here that the 
oposite seem the good option: spent what you have today on a small research 
and you get results.

Good job, good way to manage money. !
