If you recall, GWB just wanted to just "shake hands" on this deal
originally. There was a signing, but it doesn't mean much more.

The weapons don't have to be destroyed, just moved to storage. They could
be back in service in minutes, probably. Also, there is no action actually
required until the end point of the agreement, which I think is 4 years
down the road. This agreement is purely a propaganda piece, to benefit both
Putin and GWB politically.

What we are actually seeing is the biggest increase in spending on killing
people since the Regan/Bush regime. Now, why isn't that a surprise?
