Yes, I've seen that story today, thanks for mentioning it.  It is a 
continuation of a saga that has been keenly watched by several people here.

The important part of the story is that they now have to take their case to 
the European Court of Human rights.  This will be a major case to watch, 
really big.  Whatever judgement is handed out by the court will be 
precedent for all future cases both in this court and throughout the EU 
member states.  It has the potential to be a major boost or a terrible blow 
to cryonics.

It's highly important they win if they go this route.
