OK, so if I understand you, you are agreeing that we must choose the
class of events we use to work out the probability of an event.

What is YOUR choice of this class? Do you have ideas about how
we should make a choice? I am actually asking for the details of
your theory of how probability works, and ideas about how to 
choose or not choose the class of events we work with are vital
to your ideas (if I understand them).
