CryoNet: I thought John de Rivaz's letter to "New Scientist" (yesterday's posting) was very appropriate. I particularly liked the presentation of the out-of-place atoms concept. Right on the money. Reversible chemical reactions, with all the right parts, in just the right number, right at hand, in each and every case. It was a little surprising that the writer of the original published letter concluded with the following sentence: "Cryopreservation of larger organs, or the entire human body, is therefore most unlikely in the near future." Well, no argument here. I must be missing something somewhere. Thanks, John. Regards, DC Johnson Rate This Message: http://www.cryonet.org/cgi-bin/rate.cgi?msg=20377
