Fisher Scientific sells thermocouple thermometers that can go down to
-250 degrees C.  They also high temperature ones that can go down to
-190 degrees C.  (To be fair, the phrase "high temperature" refers to
the maximum temperature, not the minimum.)  Does it follow that
thermocouple cooling can cool things to -250 degrees C?
